Boosterfy™
Get found by the people already looking for what you sell
Ongoing visibility work for businesses that are good at what they do and hard to find online.
SEARCH, MAPS AND AI ANSWERS
Easier to find, and easier to trust
Every month, Boosterfy™ puts your business in more of the places people look.
- Your Google Business Profile, and the reviews that feed it
- Your details across every directory that mentions you
- Articles published on your site and elsewhere
- Mentions and links from the places that matter in your trade
- How you come across when someone asks an AI assistant instead of opening a results page
Most of the businesses we work with have the same shape of problem. The reviews are strong, the work is real, and none of it reaches anyone who has not already heard of them.
WHAT YOU GET
What changes for your business
More of the right enquiries
A ranking is a means, not the point. The aim is more of the right people getting in touch.
A business that reads correctly everywhere
The same name, address, phone, hours and services on your site, in Google, and across every listing that mentions you.
Somewhere new to be found each month
An article, a listing, a mention or an answer that did not exist before.
An account of it you can check
What was done each month and why, in plain language. Including the parts that did not work.
TECHNICAL SCOPE
What the monthly work actually involves
Your Google Business Profile
For a business serving an area, the map results sit above everything else and take a large share of the clicks.
- Categories, services, hours and attributes set properly and kept current
- Photos and posts published on a schedule rather than left to go stale
- A review request process designed with you, with the direct link tested, and replies to the critical ones
We build the profile Google draws its stars from, rather than adding markup that asks for stars it will not show.
Your listings across the web
Google cross-checks your details wherever it finds them, and disagreement reads as uncertainty.
- One canonical set of business details agreed with you first
- Corrections pushed to the aggregators, the major directories, and the ones specific to your trade
- Duplicates merged and outdated listings cleaned up
Content, published monthly
Articles and pieces that build depth around the terms worth winning, on your site and elsewhere.
- Written to your locality and trade rather than to a template, and sequenced against your seasons
- Placed on external publications and industry sites where there is a genuine reason to run them
- Titles and descriptions adjusted on what Search Console shows people actually searched
Building out service and location pages that do not exist yet is a one-off job, quoted with the audit fixes rather than here.
Authority and mentions
The part you cannot edit directly, and the slowest to move. We never buy links.
- Supplier and manufacturer listings, usually available and rarely claimed
- Industry bodies, accreditation registers, local sponsorship and community involvement
- Any advertising package you already pay for, checked for its unused link allowance
Visibility in AI answers
A growing share of people ask an assistant before they open a results page.
- Crawler access confirmed, since it is blocked by accident more often than on purpose
- An
llms.txtfile and structured details, so an assistant has a source rather than a guess - Answer-shaped content, because that is the shape of what people ask
Measurement
Most of what goes wrong in this industry goes wrong here. Not in the work, in the account of it.
- Analytics configured to record enquiries, not just visits
- Your tag manager audited, because conversion tags often look right and cannot fire
- A baseline captured before anything changes
We report the lower of two page-speed measurements, name a regression before you find it, and say plainly when a result cannot be attributed to the work.
WHY ORDER MATTERS
Foundations first, then traffic
An underperforming website fails quietly. Nothing tells you about the enquiry that never arrived.
That is why we look before we build. If your enquiry buttons lead nowhere or your pages do not answer the questions buyers arrive with, every extra visitor is spent against a page that can do nothing with them. You pay once for the visitor, and again later for the fixes that should have come first.
Audit fixes are a separate one-off job, and we recommend doing them first. The audit itself is free and the report is yours either way. Hand it to whoever already maintains your site, work through it yourselves, or ask us to quote. Declining the quote does not cost you the report, and we do not chase you for a decision.
FROM THE AUDIT
What we find when we look
Every engagement starts with the audit, and this is the kind of thing it turns up.
A website quietly telling Google not to list it
A single line in the homepage code asked every search engine to ignore the page and not follow its links. The site looked perfectly normal to anyone who visited. It simply could not appear in a search result, for any term at all.
A phone number that could not be dialled
Every call link swapped to a US number with no country code, rotating per visitor, added by a third party through the tag manager. Nobody had noticed, because the owner never clicks his own phone link.
A business plotted in the northern hemisphere
One coordinate on one listing was missing a minus sign.
STARTS WITH A FREE AUDIT
How it works
Audit
We examine your site the way a customer, a search engine and an AI assistant each see it, and send you a findings document. No timeframe and no number attached yet, because neither can be known honestly.
Classify
Standard, Complex or Rebuild, based on what the audit found: the platform, the performance, how it behaves on a phone, and how much of the build still stands up. The quote comes with it: what the audit fixes would cost as a one-off, what the ongoing work costs, or both together. You take whichever you want, and Boosterfy does not depend on taking the fixes.
Confirm
Within three working days of getting access we run a technical health check, then confirm a firm window and the final list of items. This is where surprises surface, and the right time for them to.
Go
The clock starts and the work begins.
Nothing is quoted before it is understood, and nothing is promised before access is granted.
WORK YOU CAN SEE
What a month looks like
Published
Articles on your own site, and placements elsewhere where there is a genuine reason for someone to run them. Sequenced against your seasons.
Maintained
Your profile, listings and structured details kept current as services, hours and locations change. Reviews requested and answered.
Pursued
Supplier listings, industry bodies, local opportunities and the occasional story worth pitching. The slowest part, and the part that compounds.
Reported
What was published, corrected and pursued, month by month, in language you can check against the work itself.

FAQ
Questions
We do not publish prices, because the honest number depends on what the audit finds. Quoting before looking means padding the figure to cover the unknown, or revising it later, and both are worse than waiting a few days. The audit fixes are quoted once. Boosterfy is monthly. The audit comes first and it is free, and you get the findings document either way.
The audit fixes are finite. Boosterfy is not. The fixes put right what is wrong, and build out what is plainly missing from the site itself: a broken form, an undialable phone link, a missing description, a page nothing links to, a service page that does not exist yet. They are finite, done once, and finished with a completion report. Boosterfy is the work that never finishes: your Google profile and reviews, your listings across the web, articles published month after month, and mentions and links earned elsewhere.
No. Boosterfy is available on your site as it stands. We will tell you what we think should be fixed first, and if you would rather go straight to the ongoing work, the reporting names any result that is being held back by a foundation problem.
The best available evidence says yes, and it comes with real limits. That evidence is Harvard Business School research by Michael Luca, published in 2011, which found a one-star increase led to a 5 to 9% increase in revenue. The honest qualifiers matter: that study measured Yelp ratings for independent restaurants in Washington State, it found no effect at all for chain restaurants, and no equivalent research exists for Google. We think it is worth knowing and worth stating with its limits rather than quoting the headline alone.
Increasingly, yes. Research published by Otterly in 2026 found community platforms account for slightly more AI citations than brand domains, which means where your business is discussed matters as much as what your own site says. A large share of websites also block AI crawlers without meaning to. What we will not tell you is that a particular piece of markup gets you cited. Google's own guidance says no special markup exists for its AI results, and nobody publishes how sources are chosen.
No. Nobody controls Google's results, and anyone promising a position is selling something they cannot deliver. We commit to the work, the measurement, and an honest account of both.
That is covered by the classification at quoting stage, so there is no separate question of whether we know your builder. Where a fix is not possible on your platform, we say so plainly rather than recommending it anyway.
Pre-existing faults such as hosting problems, dead plugins and security issues sit outside the package. A dead enquiry form is treated as urgent and we tell you what we did about it. Paid advertising is a separate service. Anything we built or configured that stops working is kept working; breakage caused by a third party, a plugin update or a change on your side is quoted separately.
